These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 68wwin ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 68wwin.

By accessing or using the 68wwin platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game or claiming any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all related policies available on our platform.

68wwin reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the 68wwin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the date of registration.
• Register under your own name only — one individual is not permitted to hold more than one account.
• Not on an active self-exclusion list that was voluntarily activated.
• Playing with your own funds and not with borrowed or unlawfully obtained money.

• Spreading false or misleading information about the 68wwin platform to the public.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 68wwin support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be completed and all eligible balances must be withdrawn first.

68wwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering or unlawful behaviour.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

For inactive accounts, 68wwin reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee after 12 months of inactivity. Members will be notified via their registered email before any fee is applied.

The 68wwin platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 68wwin is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

• Data loss or device damage occurring during the use of the mobile app.

In any circumstance, the maximum liability of 68wwin to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
